This panoramic image of Washington DC at twilight was taken by James Blakeway. Easily seen in the center is the tall slender Washington Monument. In the distance, slightly left of the Washington Monument, is the US Capitol, home to the United States House of Representatives. To the right of the Washington Monument is the Lincoln Memorial and the Jefferson Memorial. Located on the Potomac River in the left side of the image is the kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.
