This panoramic photograph of Tampa, Florida was taken by Jame Blakeway. It features a spectacular twilight view of downtown Tampa looking over the Hillsborough River. Tampa, meaning ³sticks of fire,² is the third largest city in Florida and home to the seventh largest port on the nation. Each year Tampa enjoys the bright and colorful tradition of the Gaspirilla pirate invasion, when a fully rigged pirate ship sails into the bay and ³captures² the city. In the distant right is the Latin Quarter of Tampa known as Ybor City where Cuban immigrants established residences and businesses - the most important of which is the cigar industry.
