This panoramic view on New York Cityıs Midtown section was taken by James Blakeway. Located in Midtown are many world famous landmarks including the tan, 102 story Empire State Building and the United Nations Headquarters identifiable in the foreground by its white satellite dish along the East River. Also featured is New Yorkıs 840 acre Central Park, partially visible as the wooded area centered on the right of the photograph. The silver, pointed building directly in the center is the Chrysler Building and to the right is the silver Citicorp Center with its slanted roof.
