CUSTOM
FRAMING
For only $50.00 we will custom frame your image by hand
through our Frames Direct service. The framing charge for
items above 24" x 36" is $60.00.
Each frame includes...
-Choice of black, silver, or gold aluminum frame.
-Hand mounting on a posterboard backing.
-Break resistant plexiglass.
When framed, we mat many of our photographs for no
additional charge.

response to your order. Shipping is through UPS or the US
Postal Service.

SALES
TAX
-Illinois customers will be charged 7.0%
sales tax.
-California customers will be charged
8.25% sales tax.
-International orders may be subject to
duties or tariffs. These will be collected by the
destination country's customs office.
RETURNS/REPLACEMENTS
Exact exchanges will be made on damaged or
defective posters and frames. If the shipping tube or box
is visibly damaged upon receipt, refuse it and notify us via e-mail immediately.
Claims must be made within 5 working days of receipt.
If you are unhappy with your purchase you may
return it to us, undamaged, for a refund of the cost of
the item.

We will attempt to honor all international
orders.
The following restrictions and charges will apply...
-Images are available UNFRAMED ONLY (unless they are only
available framed)
-An additional handling charge of $5.00 US will by added to the
base shipping charge. This charge will not appear when
you check out of the Image Exchange Store, but will be
added to your bill.
-Orders will be shipped via the United States Postal
Service, and should arrive in 3-5 Weeks.
-You are responsible for any import duties.
