This series of religious paintings were created by Warhol in 1986 while he experimented with new and unique ways of silk screening. His bold, new technique was done by printing over a collage of various sizes, shapes, and colors of paper cut outs. Three fold out pages are included with sixty pages of color plates, some of which demonstrate this new method.
