RETURNS/REPLACEMENTS
Exact exchanges will be made on damaged or
defective products. If the shipping tube or box
is visibly damaged upon receipt, refuse it and notify us via e-mail immediately or toll-free telephone at 888-982-2200.
Claims must be made within five (5) working days of receipt.
If you are unhappy with your purchase you may
return it to us, undamaged, for a refund of the cost of
the item within 30 days of receipt.
