Two weeks before this was taken I bumped into George at Bradleys in NYC, we were just hanging out. I shot a few frames of him but on the way back to L.A. I mislaid the roll of film. I felt really bad because I really wanted a photo of him...when I got to London I had no idea he would be playing at Ronnie Scotts and there he was blowing his brains out and looking good....I like these much better than the others...synchronicity at work. That night he introduced me to a wonderful singer and pianist named Peggy Webb- an American who lives in London...she and I have been buddies ever since.
