This was taken in October '89...Sarah is singing the last note of "Send In The Clowns"....last song, last set of the night....who would have guessed that it would become her very last club appearance. Sarah Vaughan died six months later and the jazz world has still not recovered and probably never will. Hers is a voice unlike any other.
